Tom Nesser Sr. began as a true “pioneer” in the development of office coffee and vending services for area businesses.
His involvement began in 1950 with Kwik Kafe’ Co., one of the first companies in Rochester to offer automatic coffee vending machines. In 1959, Kwik Kafé of Rochester became one of four charter members of what was then called “Automatic Retailers of America” (ARA). Aramark, as it later became known, is today a multi-billion dollar worldwide food service organization.
In 1977, Tom Sr. left ARA and together with his son Tom founded Sirness Services. For 30+ years since then, Sirness has grown to become the leading local provider of refreshment and vending services to local companies and their employees. Sirness Coffee Services is today run by Mark Wahl and operates out of its offices at 85 Elmgrove Park, and Tom Jr. heads up Sirness Vending Services from their Buffalo Road facility.
When you talk to either Mark or Tom, you are dealing directly with decision-makers and owners of the company who can resolve issues and/or problems on the spot to your complete satisfaction.
Rich in company history and depth of experience, the owners and employees of Sirness take great pride in the quality of service they provide.
